Q: How does all this work?
A: You call us at (510) 359-4770 and tell us about your home and how much you want for it. We run the numbers to make sure it works for both of us. If it does we make you an offer and close quickly. We describe the whole process in more detail on this page.
Accepting our offer is all up to you. If you accept the offer, we’ll set up a closing usually within seven days.
You won’t have to repair anything, pay for anything, or clean anything up. There’s no hassle involved. All it takes is one appointment and one agreement and you’re done!
Need some moving money? Sometimes we can accommodate you and give you some money ahead of the closing. Not a promise but something we can discuss.
Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or buying it?
A: We are going to be buying your house. If you are looking for a real estate agent, we might be able to refer to you a good one in our network. Give us a call and we can discuss.
Q: What kind of homes do you buy and what homes do you not buy?
A: We are interested in homes in any condition that need a quick sale that can be purchased at a fair price. We will either renovate and resell the home or we will put a tenant in the property.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house us.
Q: How is this different than listing it?
A: Real estate agents list properties and market the property to buyers and agents. It may take up to 3 to 6 months to find a buyer, get them financing and close the transaction. During this entire time, you are responsible for the payments, maintenance and security of the home. Once the transaction closes, you owe the buying and selling real estate agents their commissions and any closing costs that you are responsible for. This can add up to about 10% of the value of the home.
If you work with us, you will be selling the property quickly and moving on with your life. You don’t owe us any fees.
Q: Do I have an obligation to work with you if I submit my info?
A: No. Once we make you an offer, it’s up to you to accept or decline the offer.
